Returns & Refunds

1. Your Right to return

a) Change of Mind

You have received your order and it’s not quite what you wanted or you simply have changed your mind. No problem. You have 7 days within receipt of your order to change your mind. Just notify us via email of your intent to return your order at info@foodiesbox.co.uk

Please note however that we do not accept returns on the following items:

  • Food Gifts with low shelf life such as chocolate
  • Personalised items
  • Clearance items.

Upon receipt of your returned order, and provided that all items returned are still in perfect resalable condition, you will receive a Full Refund within 7 business days.

The Full Refund will cover the cost of the order as well as the original delivery charge. However, the return costs will be at your own expense.

This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

b) Your Order has arrived Damaged

If all or some of the products you received are faulty or in an unsatisfactory condition, or if you have received an incorrect item in your order, please email us with details of the issue within 48 hours of receipt at info@foodiesbox.co.uk. You may be asked to send us proof of the issue, such as a photograph of the damage.

Once your case is approved, you will then be offered either a Full Refund of your order (including the shipping costs) or a replacement, subject to stock availability.

If you wish to return the faulty/damaged item to us, we will offer you a Full Refund as well as a refund of the return costs. Please include your receipt for the return postage so that we can refund the return costs.

2. Return Process

All returns must be received by us within 14 days of receipt of your order. Please do not forget to include a copy of your invoice in the parcel you are returning as, without it, we may not be able to process your refund.

When possible, please use the original packaging to repack your returns, ensuring that the product is packed well enough to avoid any damage during transport back to our warehouse.

The parcel and its contents are your responsibility until they are received at our warehouse – therefore we recommend you use a registered postal service and retain proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in the post.
